What items can be printed on or embroidered?
This mostly depends on if we are printing via screen print, DTG printing, or embroidery. With DTG print we are limited to 100% cotton or natural fiber garments. However, with screen print and embroidery the options are endless!
What are the minimums for each print option?
The beauty of DTG is we can print 1 shirt or 100! With screen printing we do require a minimum of 12 items to start which can vary depending on the details of the order (multiple colored ink, ink color changes, etc.) Embroidery also has no minimums.
What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the time of year but most of the time orders are placed, printed, and ready within 2 business weeks.
What brands do you print on?
We have access to an unbelievable selection from multiple suppliers that can provide brands like Gildan, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Nike, Carhartt, District, and much, much more.
Can I provide my own items for printing or embroidery?
Absolutely! If you provide the garments then you only pay the decoration costs.
Are premium brands available?
Yes, we can get top of the line brands such as Brooks Brothers, Nike, Carhartt, The North Face, Tommy Bahama, Travis Matthew, Ogio, and A4 just to name a few.
What is the difference between screen printing and DTG printing?
Screen printing is ideal for more simple designs and bulk orders. This print method also uses a heavier duty plastisol ink and can be used on just about any material. DTG printing is the perfect option for intricate designs with a lot of gradients and/or colors! DTG is more limited in what kind of materials it can print and requires the garment to be 100% cotton.
Do I need an appointment to stop by and discuss options?
Not at all!
How do I reorder a previous order?
We make re-ordering easy! Just send us an email or give us a call and we’ll make it happen.
Do you keep my files on hand?
Yes, we do not delete or get rid of art files.
Do I get proofs or mock ups before I place my order?
Absolutely, we make sure we’re on the same page with your order before we go to print.
Can you create art/designs for my shirts?
Yes we can! We do design and art work in-house all the time.
Do you print promo items like koozies or pens?
Yep, we do promo items like these and more on a regular basis.
What file types do you use for printing or embroidery
We accept most standard file types like JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF, AI, and WEBP.
Are there screen and other miscellaneous fees I can expect?
We understand the frustration with some online printers that add on various fees at checkout so we have made our pricing very up front and simple. When it comes to screen fees, set up fees, etc. we have already calculated those into our pricing so there won’t be any surprises at checkout. The only fees you may see are digitizing fees for embroidery or ink change fees for screen printing.
