Refund policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to make a return, premade items are allotted 7 to 14 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom-made orders are non-refundable due to the nature of personalization. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. However, If there is a material defect or a printing defect we will offer a discount or reprint the problem items.
